In the Empowerment Sessions, you and or your child will be engaged in meaningful conversations and creative activities. Our goal is to inspire insight, open up our hearts and Be in ways that are free and joyful.
With the tools we learn in these sessions we are to live full and happy lives.

Casual approach, Love, Appreciation & Compassion filled conversation.

Creative Expression (Drawing, Painting, Dancing),
Meditation (Self Awareness Exercises),
Deep Breathing (Presence & self energizing),
& joyous aware Being.
